|Tune Protect Cares – COVID-19 Aid|
Tune Protect is pleased to announce the pledging of RM1 million to the Tune Protect Cares – COVID-19 Aid* that will be made available for Tune Protect Malaysia (TPM)’s individual policyholders, registered agents, and employees. We will be providing a compassionate pay-out of RM5,000 to affected individuals in the event of untimely demise of the individuals or their immediate family members due to the disease.
This is part of our corporate social responsibility to provide financial relief to our customers, staff and agents, as well as their immediate family members during this challenging period, where in some instances the impact could be compounded as their income is affected due to the loss of a loved one.
The Tune Protect Cares – COVID-19 Aid takes effect immediately up to 31st December 2020, or until the pledged amount is fully exhausted, whichever comes first.
All individual policyholders of TPM’s personal line protection plans which include all our individual retail products such as Motor, Personal Accident, Travel Personal Accident, Medical & Health, Home Fire and House Owner/House Holder plans are eligible to apply for the aid.

|Tune Sihat COVID-19 Coverage (30th March 2020)|
Tune Protect will be extending medical coverage to ALL our existing Tune Sihat Medical Plan policyholders as of 20th March 2020. The extension of coverage includes the following benefits:
|Auto Coverage Extension for Personal Lines (27th March 2020)|
We are pleased to extend automatic coverage* to all existing individual policyholders of the following Tune Protect personal lines insurance products (that expire during the MCO period).
Policyholders will enjoy automatic coverage even without a renewal instruction from customers and we shall honour any claims for incidents occurring during the MCO period.
