What to do and not to do if your vehicle is involved in an accident?

Policyholders to consider the following when filing a claim:

  • Exchange details with other party involved in the accident.
  • Take photos of the accident scene, damaged to vehicles, video or other required documents to support.
  • Do not admit or discuss liability with other party involved in the accident.
  • Call Tune Protect Roadside Assistance for towing services and Ambulance for injury or death.
  • Owner or driver of vehicle are urged to file report at the nearest police station.
  • Reach out to Tune Protect for the additional guidance on information required and to commence the claim process.
