How does it work?
  1. To activate this service, pre registration is COMPULSORY and must be completed 3 hours before the original departure time. Failure to register within this window will result in the forfeiture of the benefit
  2. Each passenger will receive a “Unique Registration Code” via Thank you / Booking confirmation email. It is valid for one (1) insured passenger during registration. Any accompanying passengers must complete their own registration.
  3. You can register the flight details immediate upon receiving “Unique Registration Code” and it closes 3 hours before the original departure time.c
  4. Each Unique Registration Code allows up to four (4) flight registrations, which can be used for return or connecting flights.
What happen when my flight is delayed?
  • In the event of your flight is delayed 2 hours or more, you will automatically receive an SMS / email containing lounge voucher (QR code) that will be used to enter the lounge.
  • This service allow you to access to airport lounges ONLY IF: 
    • Your scheduled flight is delayed for 2 hours or more, AND 
    • The delay is notified by AirAsia to you within 24 hours from the original scheduled departure time. 
  • To gain entry of the lounge, the passenger will need to present the digital lounge voucher (QR code) along with a valid boarding pass.
  • Each insured person/passenger is entitled to a single lounge voucher (QR code) only.
  • Access to the lounge is subject to the individual lounge’s availability and operating hours, which can be found through this link
    • The voucher grants a single entry to one person. 
    • Standard lounge rules apply (e.g., lounge for international or domestic flight, dress code, maximum stay limits—usually 3 hours, and age restrictions).
