How does it work?
  1. This is a complimentary access for lounges when your scheduled flight is delayed 2 hours or more.
  2. It is only applicable to flight delay being notify to you within 24 hours from the original scheduled departure time only.
  3. If there is delay of 2 hours or more, we’ll automatically issue you with a Delay Lounge Pass voucher with QR code that will grant you airport lounge access. You will receive a notification via SMS and you are able to retrieve the QR via email.
