  1. What is this product about?

Tune Protect PA Easy is an insurance product designed to protect the Insured in the event of a bodily injury arising from an accident which results in death or permanent disablement as well as accidental medical expenses reimbursement, hospital income, bereavement allowance and cosmetic surgery due to accident.

  1. When I purchase Tune Protect PA Easy, can I use credit card to pay for the insurance premium?

You may use your credit card or even your debit card to make the payment.

  1. I don’t have a credit card nor a debit card. Can I get another person to make the payment on my behalf?

Yes, you can. For security reasons and to enable a smooth payment process, please make sure you obtain acknowledgement and approval from the other person to use his/her credit card or debit card, before making the payment.

  1. What are Tune Protect PA Easy’s benefits?
  • Accidental death
  • Permanent disablement
  • Accidental medical expenses reimbursement
  • Bereavement allowance due to accident
  • Cosmetic surgery due to accident
  • Daily hospital income due to accident
  1. Who can apply for this policy?

Malaysians or Residents who have permanent address in Malaysia between the age of 18 to 70 years old only.

  1. When does my insurance coverage start?

Your coverage starts from the date of successful payment.

  1. What is the duration of the insurance coverage?

The coverage period is for 12 calendar months from the date you have successfully made your payment online. Subsequently, after the expiry date, you can purchase Tune Protect PA Easy on a yearly basis.

  1. Can I buy more than one Tune Protect PA Easy Insurance?

No, you can only purchase one policy for yourself, as the Insured Person, at any one time.

  1. What are some of the key terms and conditions that I should be aware of?
  • Duty of Disclosure - You must answer all the material facts in your online application form fully and faithfully otherwise your policy may be voided. Material facts are your NRIC, occupation and any other information that may affect your risk profile. If you are not sure whether a fact is material, please seek our advice.
  • Payment Terms - The insurance will not be effective unless the premium payable has been fully paid.
  • Claims - The Company will pay the lnsured, in accordance to the limits stated in the Schedule of Benefits against death, permanent disablement, medical expenses, cosmetic surgery and/or bereavement allowance resulting from an accidental event.
  1. Can I cancel my policy?

You may cancel the policy at any time by giving written notice via email to us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation, you may be entitled to a refund premium on pro-rated basis, subject to you bearing RM15.00 administrative cost.

  1. Can I upgrade or downgrade the plan?

No, you are not entitled to upgrade or downgrade the plan.

  1. What do I need to do if there are changes to my contact details?

It is important that you inform us any changes of your contact details to ensure that all the correspondence reach you on a timely manner. Please email us at [email protected].

  1. What happens once I have made a claim?

Once your claim has been paid, your policy will terminate immediately if the Accidental death or Permanent disablement benefit has been paid out in full.
