No, your Tune Protect AirAsia Travel Insurance only covers you for accident-related medical expenses.

3. If the Customs Department were to confiscate anything from me, could I make a claim under the Tune Protect AirAsia Travel Insurance?

No, cover for claims arising from confiscation by authorities is excluded.

4. How do I file a claim?

Your Tune Protect AirAsia Travel Insurance will be underwritten by PT Asuransi Dayin Mitra Tbk . Please download the Claim Form here and upon completion, please fax and mail the completed form and claim supporting documents to the fax number and address stated in the Claim Form.

5. How long does it take before my claims are processed?

Your claims will be processed within 7 days after you have submitted all the required documents.

6. What is the time limit for me to file a claim?

All claims must be submitted to PT Asuransi Dayin Mitra Tbk within 30 days after the occurrence of the event together with the supporting documents.
7. What shall I do if I disagree with a claim decision made?

Tune Protect AirAsia Travel Insurance will advise you in writing of your rights to appeal the claim decision and the procedures for filing an appeal with PT Asuransi Dayin Mitra Tbk.
