How to Submit Claim
STEP 1
Download and launch the Tune Protect app.

STEP 2
Select on your Policy (Active / Past) and select “Submit Claim”.

STEP 3
Check your details or fill in the claimant details.

STEP 4
- Select the benefit you would like to claim for. The page will reflect the details and documents required.
- Fill in the form accordingly and submit the necessary documents.


How to Check on Your Claim Status
Go to “CLAIM” tab and select your option

Notes:
- Applies to policyholder with Windscreen Extension coverage for Comprehensive Motor Policy.
- Windscreen Extension coverage will not affect NCD.
- Cashless repair/replacement at TPM Windscreen Panel.
- Checklist: Insurance Policy, IC, License, Vehicle Registration Card and No Police Report is required unless repair at non-panel windscreen repairer.
- Completion of repair or replacement within 1 working day except part is unavailable.
- Once replaced, windscreen coverage will expire and to enjoy continues. Protection, re-purchase at our branch or email: hello.my@tuneprotect.com.
Alternative for Third-Party Claims
Now there is an alternative to avoid the hassle of filing standard third-party claims when the other party damages your car, and you want to claim from their insurer. The alternative is to seek compensation from your own insurance company by filing OD-KFK process instead.Benefits of filing OD-KFK process instead TPKFK process:
- You do not need to appoint own adjuster to survey damages of your vehicle.
- You do not lose No Claim Discount or NCD.
- Claim process is shorter.
- You can also add claim for uninsured losses exp loss of use, loss of excess, etc with your own insurance company.
How to initiate it?
We will send you a letter seeking your preference between ODKFK or TPKFK. You will need to give a consent in writing on the option you choose as ODKFK but subject no third party is injured in the accident.

4 easy guidelines to get your bike fix in the event of an accident claim:
- Call our customer service toll free hotline 1800-88-5753 to arrange for towing at your own expense to the nearest motorcycle repair shop of your choice. Note: Maximum towing cost of RM50 are covered for comprehensive motorcycle policyholder.
- Lodge a police report to the nearest police station.
- Submit the claim online via mobile apps or website.
