How to Claim

STEP 1

Download and fill up the claim form here.

STEP 2

Email the following documents to [email protected].

  1. Duly completed claim form
  2. Flight itinerary from MYAirlines (for trip commencing 12 October 2023 and onwards)
  3. Invoice of flight tickets purchased with MYAirlines as the designated carrier
STEP 3

Your claim will be reviewed accordingly and if approved, payment will be made within 3 working days from the approval date.

Please refer to our Press Statement & T&C below:

  1. The cancelled trip must be insured by Tune Protect Travel Insurance
  2. The Travel Insurance policy must have been purchased prior to 12 October 2023 and has not been cancelled
  3. The commencement date of the policy must be from 12 October 2023 and onwards
  4. This payout applies exclusively to flight tickets acquired with MYAirlines as the designated carrier, valid for travel starting from 12 October 2023 and onwards
  5. The payout will amount to 50% of the flight ticket price, nett of any discount, subject to a maximum of RM200 per passenger

How to Submit Claim

STEP 1

Log in to your Tune Protect account. If you do not have an account, please create one here.

STEP 2

Go to your profile on the top right and click on “Policies”. You will be redirected to your Policies page with all your active and past insurance plans.

STEP 3

Find the policy you would like to file a claim for.
Click on the “Claim” tab.

STEP 4

  1. Select the benefit you would like to file a claim for. The page will reflect the details and documents required.
  2. Fill in accordingly and click “Submit”.




How to Check on Your Claim Status

Go to Profile Page and click on “Claim Status” on the left after login.

STEP 2

Click on your Policy and select “Submit Claim”.

STEP 3

Check your details or fill in the claimant details.

STEP 4

  1. Select the benefit you would like to claim for. The page will reflect the details and documents required.
  2. Fill in the form accordingly and submit the necessary documents.
