The Group believes in creating a workplace where people from all backgrounds feel valued, respected and included. To this end, we are committed to providing equal opportunities for all individuals to ensure the inclusiveness of our practices.

To broaden its talent pool, Tune Protect aims to become the preferred employer for millennials and the next generation. In pursuit of this goal, we continued our internship programme for the third consecutive year. We participated in several career fairs to foster a strong connection with incoming fresh talent, and also engaged with university events as an industry partner.
We are deeply committed to promoting gender equality and ensuring the equitable representation of women within our senior management teams. In 2023, 50% of our Board comprised women directors, surpassing the Malaysian average of 25.4%. We also attained a commendable 43.4% representation of women in leadership positions.
We value the contributions of each employee in driving our business forward. To this end, we are dedicated to equitable hiring practices, providing job opportunities for all, including individuals with disabilities. We offer a range of attractive benefits such as:

Since the onset of the pandemic, we have implemented measures to curb the spread of COVID-19, aligning with health and safety guidelines outlined in the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) 1994 and the Fire Services Act 1988. We have in place a Group Occupational Safety and Health Committee (“GOSHComm”) and Group Occupational Safety and Health Team (“GOSH Team”) who are tasked with ensuring safety protocols across the Group.

Apart from that, Tune Protect has several Emergency Response Teams (ERT) and Fire Marshals.

Additionally, the GOSHComm is responsible for the overall safety, health and security of our operations, ensuring the following:

In 2022, Tune Protect launched its Corporate Good (CoG) commitment, setting a target of 6,000 cumulative volunteering hours by the end of 2024. As this chapter concludes, the initiative has far surpassed expectations, achieving over 7,299 volunteering hours and positively impacting 27* communities across Malaysia, Thailand, and Dubai.

These milestones highlight the collective impact of initiatives focused on uplifting the underprivileged, helping the unserved and underserved, and taking care of the environment. Each effort has contributed to meaningful and lasting changes within communities and the environment.

Building on this success, Tune Protect is renewing its commitment of 6,000 volunteering hours for the 2025–2027 period. This renewed pledge reinforces the commitment to driving positive change and creating a lasting impact in the communities we serve.

The journey reflects unwavering dedication, passion, and commitment, demonstrating the power of collaboration in fostering meaningful change. Together, the next chapter promises even greater achievements for a better tomorrow. #InTuneForABetterTomorrow
