At Tune Protect, we are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace where everyone has equal opportunities to thrive. Guided by robust governance frameworks—including our Group Recruitment and Selection Policy, anti‑discrimination and anti‑harassment policies—we promote transparency, merit‑based decisions, and a culture of respect that supports innovation and sustainable business growth.

We apply an inclusive recruitment approach where candidates are assessed based on skills, experience, and role suitability, regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, disability, or background. In 2025, employees with disabilities represented 0.2% of our workforce. We also continued our internship programme and university outreach initiatives, including participation in Asia Pacific University’s Career Fair, to attract and develop future talent.
We uphold internationally recognised human rights principles across our operations, with zero tolerance for human trafficking, modern slavery, or child labour. We respect employees’ rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining, ensuring open dialogue without fear of discrimination or reprisal.
As a supporter of the 30% Club, we actively promote gender balance at leadership levels. In 2025, women represented 33.3% of our Board, 37.3% of senior management, and 59.6% of the overall workforce, reflecting our ongoing commitment to gender diversity.
We comply with all applicable minimum wage regulations in Malaysia and provide competitive remuneration and benefits that support employees’ professional and personal well‑being.
We prioritise continuous learning to build a future‑ready workforce. In 2025, we used the 9‑Box Talent Grid to assess performance and potential, supporting succession planning and targeted development. Employees also participated in training and upskilling programmes across key areas such as cybersecurity, digital technology, and functional capabilities.
Employee Engagement activities carried out in 2025:
