1. Who is entitled for this insurance?

All guests who have upgraded their fares to either Premium Flex, Premium Flatbed or Value Pack with insurance. You may refer to this illustration below.

Semua tetamu yang menaik taraf tambang mereka sama ada kepada Premium Flex, Katil Rata Premium atau Pek Nilai dengan insurans. Anda boleh merujuk ilustrasi di bawah.

2. Does this insurance cover Fly-Thru, Islang and City Transfers?
Adakah insurans ini melindungi Fly-Thru, Pengangkutan ke Pulau dan Bandar?

Bundled insurance only applies for direct flights. It is not applicable for Fly-Thru, island and city transfers. This insurance bundle is also not available for flights route to Honolulu.

Insurans terkumpul hanya tersedia untuk penerbangan terus. Ia tidak tersedia untuk Fly-Thru, pengangkutan ke pulau dan bandar. Sila ambil maklum bahawa insurans perjalanan terkumpul juga tidak tersedia untuk penerbangan ke Auckland, Honolulu dan Dhaka.

3. I only upgraded to Premium Flex, Premium Flatbed or Value Pack for one journey of my return trip, am I entitled to claim for both journeys?

No. This insurance will only cover the upgraded journey based on your Travel Itinerary.

Example scenario 1:

  • You purchased a return ticket for Kuala Lumpur-Bali-Kuala Lumpur.
  • You’ve upgraded to Premium Flex with insurance only for Kuala Lumpur-Bali sector, the coverage is only valid for Kuala Lumpur-Bali sector.

Example scenario 2:

  • You purchased a return ticket for Sydney-Kuala Lumpur- Sydney.
  • You’ve upgraded to Premium Flex only for Kuala Lumpur- Sydney sector, the coverage is only valid for Kuala Lumpur- Sydney sector.

 

Tidak. Insurans ini hanya akan melindungi perjalanan yang dinaik taraf berdasarkan Jadual Perjalanan anda.

Contoh senario 1:

  • Anda membeli tiket penerbangan pulang untuk Kuala Lumpur-Bali-Kuala Lumpur.
  • Anda telah menaik taraf kepada Premium Flex dengan insurans hanya untuk sektor Kuala Lumpur-Bali, perlindungan hanya sah untuk sektor Kuala Lumpur-Bali.

4. Can I cancel my policy?

You may cancel the policy by giving written notice to us. You may cancel your policy by emailing us at [email protected]. However, if your trip has commenced, no refunds are allowed.

5. What do I need to do if there are changes to my contact/personal details?
