Terms & Conditions
- This promotion is only valid for the first 100 return Tune Protect policy bought on each day during October 1 – November 31, 2020 (on FD and XJ flights only).
- One return Tune Protect policy is counted as one right to receive a complimentary baggage voucher from Thai AirAsia.
- Winners will be contacted via email with a link to confirm the winning of the baggage complimentary voucher and to fill in name and address to have the voucher mailed to. Should the winner failed to confirm and fill in the name and address by December 30, 2020, the winning right shall be consider forfeited.
- The winners must have the same name as the first 100 return policy of each day only.
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
- Baggage complimentary voucher can only be used according to the terms and conditions stated on the voucher only.
- The Company’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final and bound by all participants.
- The Company reserves the right to disclose and publish the name and any other particulars of the winners (including photographs) for publicity purposes, and the winner agrees to co-operate with and participate in the activities organized by the Company for these purposes.
- The Company reserves the right to withdraw, discontinue or terminate the contest at any time and at its absolute discretion, without prior notice or liability to any person.

- ผู้โชคดีจะได้รับการติดต่อกลับจากทางอีเมลที่ได้ใช้ในการจองบัตรโดยสาร เพื่อให้กรอกรายละเอียดยืนยันการรับสิทธิ์ และกรอกที่อยู่เพื่อจัดส่งบัตรกำนัลฯ หากไม่ได้ยืนยันการรับสิทธิ์ภายในวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2563 จะถือว่าท่านสละสิทธิ์
- สงวนสิทธิ์ผู้โชคดีที่ได้รับรางวัลเฉพาะผู้โชคดีที่มีชื่อ-นามสกุลตรงกับชื่อที่ออกกรมธรรม์ประกันภัยการเดินทาง Tune Protect Travel Insurance by AirAsia แผนไป-กลับเท่านั้น

- บัตรกำนัลบริการฝากสัมภาระใต้ท้องเครื่องของสายการบินไทยแอร์เอเชียสามารถใช้ได้ตามข้อกำหนด และเงื่อนไขที่ระบุบนบัตรกำนัลฯเท่านั้น
- บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์สำหรับลูกค้าผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมที่ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขการร่วมโปรโมชั่นเท่านั้น และขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแจกของรางวัล หากหลักฐานไม่ถูกต้อง ไม่ครบถ้วน และ/หรือมีการแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงใดๆ และในกรณีพิพาท คำตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นเด็ดขาดและสิ้นสุด
- หากมีการตรวจสอบข้อมูลผู้ร่วมสนุก และพบว่ามีการทุจริตเพื่อรับสิทธิ์ ทางบริษัทฯ จะพิจารณาการรับรางวัลนั้นเป็นโมฆะ และคำตัดสินของคณะกรรมการถือเป็นเด็ดขาดและสิ้นสุด
- หากมีกรณีพิพาท ให้ถือคำตัดสินของคณะกรรมการเป็นที่ยุติ และสิ้นสุด
- ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมยินยอมให้บริษัทฯ นำภาพถ่ายและรายละเอียดต่างๆ ไปใช้ในการโฆษณาประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านสื่อต่างๆ ได้ โดยไม่มีสิทธิเรียกร้องค่าตอบแทน ค่าเสียหาย และ/หรือผลประโยชน์ใดๆ
- บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงรายละเอียดและเงื่อนไข โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
