1. What is the Tune Protect x BIG Loyalty Campaign (“Campaign”)?
- The Campaign is a collaboration between Tune Protect Malaysia and BIG Loyalty where all insurance purchases via the Tune Protect website or mobile app will be rewarded with 5 BIG Loyalty points for every RM1 net premium.
2. Who is eligible for this campaign?
- Customers who purchase an insurance policy from Tune Protect via its website or mobile app and have also subscribed and registered as a member of the BIG Loyalty program.
3. What is BIG Loyalty?
- BIG Loyalty is AirAsia’s airline loyalty program and one of the largest in Asia, rewarding members with over 300 partners across lifestyles, travel and financial services categories. It was incorporated in December 2010 and is owned and operated by BIGLIFE Sdn Bhd (formerly known as BIG Loyalty Sdn Bhd) Company No. 201001040731 (924656-U), a subsidiary of RedBeat Ventures Sdn Bhd (known as AirAsia Digital), AirAsia’s Corporate Venture Capital arm in collaboration with Aimia Inc.
4. How many BIG Loyalty Points will be rewarded for insurance purchase?
- 5 BIG Loyalty Points will be rewarded for every RM1 net premium, i.e. the premium is after factoring any rebate or discount, excluding SST & stamp duty.
- For example, if the net premium = RM246.70, the total points rewarded will be 246 x 5 = 1,230 Big Loyalty Points
5. What do I need to do to receive the BIG Loyalty Points?
- You will need to purchase any protection plan that is available on Tune Protect’s website or mobile app
- Ensure that the email address used for the insurance purchase is similar to the email address used for the registration of BIG Loyalty Program.
- The system will retrieve your BIG Loyalty ID from the email address provided and the points will be credited to your BIG Loyalty Account instantaneously upon completion of transaction (insurance purchase).
6. How can I redeem the earned BIG Loyalty Points?
- You can visit https://www.airasiabig.com/my/en/ for more information and for redemption of BIG Loyalty points. Redemption of BIG Loyalty Points is subject to the BIG Loyalty Membership Terms and Conditions.
- Tune Protect Malaysia shall not be held liable with respect to your usage or redemption of the BIG Loyalty Points.
7. Can I use the BIG Loyalty Points immediately?
- Yes, you can. The BIG Loyalty Points will be credited to your account immediately, upon completion of the insurance purchase transaction.
8. How do I check whether the BIG Loyalty Points have been successfully credited into my BIG Loyalty account? How do I check my point balance?
- The total points rewarded by Tune Protect Malaysia will be shown your premium invoice as well as on the transaction screen. You must log in to your personal BIG Loyalty account to check the crediting of points and points balance.
9. Are my BIG Loyalty Points transferable?
- The points shall only be rewarded to the insurance purchaser (with the same registered email used in BIG Loyalty membership). The points are not transferrable to others.
10. If I’m buying the insurance for someone else, who will be rewarded the BIG Loyalty Points?
- The points will be rewarded to the purchaser.
11. Am I eligible to earn BIG Loyalty Points if I become a BIG Loyalty member after the purchase of insurance?
- No, you cannot earn the BIG Loyalty points after your insurance purchase.
12. I have registered my BIG Loyalty membership under a different email address from the one I use for my insurance purchase. Can I still earn the BIG Loyalty Points?
- No, you will only receive the BIG Loyalty Points if you use the same registered email address.
13. What will happen to the earned BIG Loyalty points if I submit a claim pertaining to my insurance policy?
- BIG Loyalty Points which were rewarded to the customers at the point of insurance purchase will not be withdrawn should any claim be made.
14. What will happen to the earned BIG Loyalty Points if I subsequently cancelled the insurance policy?
- Tune Protect Malaysia reserves the rights to withdraw or reverse the rewarded BIG Loyalty points in the event that the policy is cancelled.
15. What if there are any disputes or discrepancies on the BIG Loyalty points?
- Tune Protect Malaysia will investigate and resolve any dispute arising from this campaign. However, Tune Protect Malaysia reserves absolute discretion with respect to all matters and disputes concerning this campaign. All decisions made are final and shall not be subjected to appeals or being contested.
16. How long is the duration of the campaign?
- The campaign is an ongoing campaign. However Tune Protect Malaysia reserves the rights to end the campaign any time.
