There are two ways you can choose to submit your claim, through our website or the Tune Protect app.
Here’s a simple guide on how you can submit your claim:
Note: online claim is only applicable for products purchased online via tuneprotect.com

STEP 1

Log in to your Tune Protect account. If you do not have an account, please create one here.

STEP 2

Go to your profile on the top right and click on “Policies”. You will be redirected to your Policies page with all your active and past insurance plans.

STEP 3

Find the policy you would like to file a claim for.
Click on the “Claim” tab.

STEP 4

  1. Select the benefit you would like to file a claim for. The page will reflect the details and documents required.
  2. Fill in accordingly and click “Submit”.



How to Check on Your Claim Status

Go to Profile Page and click on “Claim Status” on the left after login.

STEP 1

Download and launch the Tune Protect app.

STEP 2

Click on your Policy and select “Claim”.

STEP 3

Check your details or fill in the claimant details.

STEP 4

  1. Select the benefit you would like to claim for. The page will reflect the details and documents required.
  2. Fill in the form accordingly and submit the necessary documents.



How to Check on Your Claim Status

Go to “Me” and click on “Claim Status”.
